Introduce
Merriam-Webster defines “introduce” as “to bring (someone, such as an actor or singer) before the public for the first time.”
It’s exciting to be introduced to something.
I remember being introduced to Chinese food. I was 12.
Raised on traditional British meat and two veg fare, I knew I was going to get something amazing.
Meat, fish and vegetables in exotic sources.
Dragons and lanterns and jade Buddhas.
Sensory overload in the best way imaginable! I got sweet and sour chicken. I never knew food could taste so . . . different and incredible! Even the rice had a new texture and unbelievable flavour.
Wow!
The power of introductions! 😊
What Does Your Business Do?
Are you introducing a new product or service? Or a new slant on an old one? Is it your business to introduce people to meditation, surfing, fine dining or cask ales?
We all like to know what’s going on- remember my post about curiosity? Well, the idea of introducing people to something new works along the same lines. Will they find that missing link to the good life? Beauty? Contentment? Total relaxation?
Will they be introduced to their new favourite restaurant, holiday destination or self-help technique?
If you want a headline to get clicks or reads, this is a great word. We love being in the know, and we love being the first to know. So, introduce your customers and clients to something new something interesting, something beneficial!
