Mindfulness and Anxiety

Mindfulness can help give us an anchor to explore the anxiety we feel encircles our lives. Taking time out to simply be with the breath can be a tremendous help.


You can learn to take the time to breathe properly wherever you are. Practicing¬†mindfulness helps get you in tune with your body’s responses to the stresses and strains we feel every day. That moment of realisation, when you notice you are starting to feel anxious or frustrated, is a gift, a moment to take charge again with just the simple act of inhaling and exhaling mindfully.
