Meditation and Mindfulness Class at Garstang

This week’s focus will be paying attention to the body with loving kindness.

The session will include guided meditation and breathwork along with other techniques to help you:

*deepen your ability to relax,

*increase focus and concentration,

*boost self-confidence and promote self-trust

*meet others with similar hopes and aspirations

If you already meditate, I hope to give you the chance to explore your own practice and share your experience with others.

No experience is necessary as you will be guided through each part of the session. Seating will be provided, but please bring your own yoga mat or cushion for comfort during the practice. I recommend loose, comfortable clothing with a blanket or wrap if you get chilly!


7-8.00 pm

Cost is £7 per hour. You can pay by cash or cheque on the night.
