I just wanted to share how great both meditation and mindfulness classes were today at Halton Mill. I’m so happy and blessed such lovely people to my classes. This is the best job in the world!
It feels so nice inside to do something that brings people together and makes them feel good about themselves. I also love that meditation and mindfulness practice is all about sharing. You can use these skills anywhere in your life, and I really recommend you do. Mindfulness is hard, meditation is hard, the rewards can always seem just out of reach, but if you persevere, you’ll be amazed at how much you are improving.
Mindfulness and inner peace are earned and must be cultivated. But, just like any skill, they can be learned by anyone.
