Mindfulness and Meditation in Lancaster, UK.
I’m so excited my classes are finally here!
Each weekly class will be based around a different Mindfulness topic.
Each session will include a short talk about the area of Mindfulness we practising, guided meditation and breathwork, along with other techniques to help you:
*deepen your ability to relax,
*increase focus and concentration,
*boost self-confidence and promote self-trust
*meet others with similar hopes and aspirations
If you already meditate, I hope to give you the chance to explore your own practice and share your experience with others.
Starting to Meditate?
No experience is necessary as you will be guided through each part of the session. Seating will be provided, but please bring your own yoga mat or cushion for comfort during the practice. I recommend loose, comfortable clothing with a blanket or wrap if you get chilly!

June: 12th, 19th, 26th, 31st
Cost is £7 per hour. You can pay by cash or cheque on the night.
Please note class size will be limited to 8 people, so please message or call if you are going to attend!
